Civicare is governed and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) which is the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England. Its purpose is to make sure that health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate and high-quality care.
The CQC monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they meet the fundamental standards of quality and safety.
The Care Act 2014 requires all providers of a regulated service to be registered with the Care Quality Commission.
The Civicare locations have all regularly successfully passed their CQC inspections and individual reports can be downloaded from this page.
