Civicare has been a family-owned health and social care company since 1997, with the important values of dignity, respect, and passion at the heart of everything we do. We have kept our core values whilst adapting to the constant evolving needs of our service users and those of CQC.
We specialise in Domiciliary care and take a friendly, professional approach to caring for our elderly, young adults and children as well as promoting independence in a comfortable home environment.
Offering a high level of service
Civicare provides care staff into People’s Own Homes, Learning Disability Units, Nursing and Residential Homes, and other Health and Social Care settings.
We work closely with a number of local partners and regulatory bodies, like Worcester County Council, CQC and Worcestershire Short Breaks, to make sure that we can always offer a high level of service.

We have a reputation for providing high quality home care services and we are accredited and contracted by Local Authorities and the NHS to deliver care services.
Independent lives in their own homes
We work with a wide range of privately paying clients providing services to enable clients to live independent lives in their own homes.
Our Care Staff
Our local team of friendly Care Staff have been carefully recruited and trained, and they are reference and DBS checked before starting with us. All care staff adhere to each client’s individual care plan to provide a personalised service of the highest caliber.

All our staff have an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check before they join us.
Full employment history check on all our staff
We conduct a full employment history check on all our staff and carry out in depth reference checks.
Regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC)
And is regularly inspected to ensure that the highest standards of care are being maintained.
