The way in which we recruit, train and develop our staff will determine the level of care we provide to our service users. This is best demonstrated by fact of our commitment to raising the levels of training within the healthcare sector.  We have gained accreditation for several of our courses with national awarding bodies. We have provided training for many years not only for our nursing home and residential home clients but for several other domiciliary care agencies within the area. Independent market feedback has shown that this training has not only met the training needs of the carer but has in some cases improved the care provided to the service user. Civicare was awarded and has retained its BS ISO 9001 Quality Award annually since 1997. This demonstrates its commitment to the continuous improvement of all policies and procedures to meet the needs of its service users which will be fundamental to achieving the objectives and meeting the planned outcomes of this scheme.
